Either. We can source at trade prices or work with client-supplied materials — your choice.
How quickly can you start a project?+
Small jobs can usually start within a week. Larger projects are scheduled following design approval and material lead times.

Yes — full electromechanical design, installation, testing and commissioning.
What payment terms do you offer?+
Progress-based payments tied to project milestones. We accept bank transfer, cheque and credit card.
Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts?+
Yes — flexible AMC packages from quarterly preventive visits to fully comprehensive cover.
Can you assist with permits and approvals?+
Our team liaises with DEWA, DM and free-zone authorities to secure all necessary approvals.
Do you build custom furniture?+
Yes — our joinery workshop produces bespoke wardrobes, kitchens, vanities and feature joinery.
What is your project minimum?+
We have no strict minimum, but typically take on projects starting from AED 10,000 in scope.
How do you ensure quality?+

Do you carry insurance?+
Yes — comprehensive third-party liability and workers' compensation insurance for every site.
Can you match existing finishes?+
We colour-match paint, stain timber and source matching tiles whenever possible.
Do you work weekends?+
We work Saturday to Thursday. Friday and emergency weekend work is available on request.
What about waste removal?+
All debris is removed daily and disposed of at approved Dubai Municipality facilities.
